through two-step screening procedure for
allowing patients to enter the non-COVID parts

who got mandatorily tested for COVID, and were

Telemedicine services

Tele-health system framed the foundation of
eOPD and eCCS (Electronic COVID Care
System). The eOPDs were established, during the
early phase of lockdown to minimize travel and
thence exposure of patients who come for routine
follow-up. A total of 33,000 consultations have Screening -1
been provided by the 30 clinical departments of
the institute during the first wave.

To meet the investigation, medical/surgical item
and nutritional requirements round the clock
ancillary services such as a State of art 24-hour
Lab service; 24 hours HRF which is an in-house
pharmacy; Kitchen Services were set up.
Teams of experts from SGPGI visited the various
medical colleges in the state, at Gorakhpur,
Kanpur, Prayagraj, Meerut, Jhansi, and Agra, as
Electronic Covid Care System (eCCS) per the directions of State Government. These
