Tele-ICU

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was
signed and exchanged in presence of Honorable
Chief Minister, UP, Shri Yogi Adityanath ji, on
14th December, 2020, on the occasion of the 37th
Foundation Day, between Power Grid
Corporation India Ltd & SGPGIMS regarding
creation of Tele-ICU services for the state of UP
based on HUB & SPOKE model. Principals,
nodals and co-nodals of respective medical
colleges have been identified and faculties of
SGPGI have physically visited, inspected and
verified details of infrastructure for initiation of
Tele-ICU services at SPOKES. The process of
finalization of tender documents for invitation of
bidders for this ambitious Tele-ICU-Project from
SGPGI has already been completed. In time the
SPOKES will be transformed to HUBs and will be
further connected to even more medical colleges
and finally to 75 distrcts of the state of Uttar
Pradesh. Thus, will be created the largest Tele-
ICU-Network in India, for enhanced quality of
ICU Services for the state of UP.
