It has been nearly thirty years since I rst met Arvind and I can’t forget his enthusiasm for learning and getting actively involved in
various spheres.
I am very happy that he has decided to join at a remote place like Pithoragarh. I belong to Uttarakhand myself and I know that medical
services and facilities in our towns are few and far between. I hope that Arvind will be able to take care of the difcult situations there.
He has a difcult task ahead of him but, I hope that with his enthusiasm and versatility, he will be able to provide good training to the
students and manage easily.
He has a very supportive wife and family and I am sure he will enjoy the serene beauty and simplicity of our hills.
My best wishes are always with Arvind , and I wish him success in every walk of life.
