Zafar Neyaz is a professor in the Department of Radiodiagnosis at Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow, India. He completed his medical education from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical college, Aligarh. Then,he completed his MD Radiodiagnosis from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.
His main areas of interest are Neuroradiology, Neuro-intervention and Radiation safety, diagnostic imaging including MRI and CT scan. He is also actively engaged in CT-guided biopsies of lung, mediastinum, adrenal gland and spine. He is working as course coordinator of B.Sc. Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology.
