Dr. Akanksha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neonatologyat Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow,India. She worked as a fellow and Senior Resident for three years in theDepartment before joining as a faculty member in July 2021. She hasauthored 15 national and international papers and 5 book chapters oncore topics ofNeonatology including neonatal (CPAP, neonatalmechanical ventilation, neonatal nutrition and neonataltransport. She is a reviewer for various indexednational medical journals and an advanced NRPprovider. Her main areas of interest includenoninvasive ventilation and neonatalnutrition with special emphasis on early andsuccessful breastfeeding.
